How do I create a new deal on Rusty Middleman?
To create a new deal, sign in to your account, go to the dashboard, and select "Deals." You’ll be prompted to choose a cryptocurrency, network, amount, and fee structure. Fill in the recipient's email, and Rusty Middleman will generate a unique deal page accessible only by you and the recipient. The sender can then generate an invoice, and once paid, the receiver can confirm their address to complete the transaction.
How can I track the status of my past deals?
You can track the status of your past deals by navigating to "Past Deals" under the dashboard's "New Deal" section. This will display details like currency, network, amount, deal status, and payout TXID. To view a specific deal, visit www.rustymiddleman.com/deals/[DEALID]. Note that the payout TXID is available, while the invoice TXID is kept private for sender reference only.
What should I do if my transaction is delayed?
Transaction delays may occur due to blockchain network processing times. If your transaction is taking longer than expected, you can check the payout TXID (available only after release) to monitor progress. For significant delays, please contact support for further assistance.
How can I avoid fraud or scams on Rusty Middleman?
To avoid scams, always follow Rusty Middleman's official instructions and avoid any instructions from third parties outside the platform. If you suspect fraudulent behavior, stop the deal immediately and contact support. Report suspicious users to potentially enable IP banning and protect other users.
